Women Only Boot Camp

HQ Performance Women Only Boot Camp is designed for the woman that wants to get into the best shape of her life. This high-intensity interval format is designed to shed fat, increase lean muscle mass, and improve overall strength.  Every session will push you to your limits and ensure you are getting the most efficient training available.  If you want to look and feel your very best, HQ Performance Boot Camp is for you!

HQ PERFORMANCE BOOTCAMP classes are offered: Monday/Wednesday 12 noon – 1pm  (additional morning classes are coming soon!)
